I always had passion for sports and as I grew up, I realized more how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle. It’s not always easy to balance life between family, work and training. Therefore, it is vital to keep a daily agenda, including a training session or a quick outside walk or a jog.
I can say that I always schedule a minimum of an hour gym session at least 3 times a week. Currently, I am one of the National Rugby 7s player in Malta which means lots of commitment but above all fun! After every session, I always feel very satisfied and I boost myself each day to reach my goals. In my opinion, every day you have an opportunity to grow yourself and to become better. Throughout the last two years, Garmin Malta, has been very supportive by sponsoring me with a Garmin smartwatch that keeps track of all health and fitness details. A wearable device that an athlete cannot do without.
Work hard, train harder and make each day count. Remember that you won’t always love the workout, but you’ll always love the results.
