returns, repairs and refunds

Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, otherwise known as cooling-off period. Opened software and downloadable items are non-refundable.

Before returning any merchandise email us or contact us to get a Service Request Number (SRN) number. Once you have an SRN number send us your return with the SRN clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.

Should you not find the answer you seek, please file a claim online 24/7, or over the phone from 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri and 9am to 12pm Sat (Local Malta Timeline - GMT+1)

3. Required Information
Your claim must contain: Your Name, Contact email and numbers, Product Name, Product Fault and Serial Number (see underneath product, a code around barcode)


You will receive an RMA reference (4 digit number) and for us to be able to offer top-notch service, please mark this number out side of packaging. eg. SR-9999.

NON-WARRANTY Products:
For all items we offer from our store, we provide 2 years warranty. Beyond this period, products are no longer under warranty and are hereto referred as 'Non-Warranty Products'. However, should the device malfunction, if the product is still supported by Garmin Inc., we may offer you to purchase the same product for a reduced price. Please contact us providing the above listed information at Step3 to receive a quote.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Only items purchased at our Store may be returned there. Therefore we recommend that items purchased at other retail or online stores must be returned where you purchased them. Return policies may vary. Restocking fees may apply.

Online orders
Our online store accepts Visa or MasterCard, and will process your payment only through PayPal. Only 1 payment method will be accepted per order.

Delivery Locations
We deliver only locally and we do not ship to US. Online orders must be shipped to a physical street address and cannot be shipped to a PO Box or to a BFPO address.

If you wish to purchase a Garmin device from an area we do not ship to, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorised Garmin dealer in your area. Alternatively please contact us should you encounter any difficulty.
