GARMIN EXPRESS
Garmin Express is software that helps you manage your Garmin devices. Upgrade your device in 6 easy steps:
Step 1 - Check System Requirements
  • Windows XP or newer, Microsoft .NET 4 Client Profile (included)
  • 1024 x 768 display, USB port and 1 GB RAM
  • High speed Internet access (Not for use with dial-up, mobile or satellite connections)
  • May require up to 13 GB free disk space
  • Intel-based Mac running OS 10.7 or higher running in 64bit

Step 2 - Download

After downloading the file, click on the file name.
Step 3 - Install
Click "Install" to begin installing Express.
Double click the Express icon to begin installing the software on your computer.

When it's finished installing, double click the application to open it.
Step 4 - Plugin your device

Turn your device on, and connect it to your computer with a USB cable.

Or, if your device came with an ANT Stick, turn your device on, and plug the ANT Stick into your computer's USB port.

Step 5 - Add your device

Open the Garmin Express application and follow the prompts to set up and register your device.
Step 6 - Upgrade your device
A. Click on 'Install All'

B. If you agree with the Terms and Conditions, please 'Accept' then Select 'Continue' button to start the upgrade process

If there not enough space you have the option to insert an SD Card, or choose a particular region to install

Wait for the installations and/ or upgrade to finish
