Bluetooth Smart is a low energy, power-efficient technology that can be found in some of the newer Smartphones on the market today.
Several Garmin devices1 utilize Bluetooth Smart to wireless sync with these Smartphones when they are running the Garmin Connect Mobile app.

If your Smartphone is not listed above it is possible for it to be compatible if it meets the following requirements:

If your Smartphone is not listed above it is possible for it to be compatible if it meets the following requirements:
- Apple iOS 7.0 and above
- Android 4.3 OS and above
- Bluetooth 4.0 capable
