Job Description:
Medcomms Limited is actively seeking a proactive and multifaceted individual to join our team as a Customer Experience and Operations Specialist. This role carries a diverse array of responsibilities crucial to our company's smooth operation and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Regularly updating and maintaining our company website to ensure it is current, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Customer Service: Acting as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Sales and Promotions: Actively promoting and selling our Garmin fitness wearables and other fitness products to customers.
- Accounting: Updating monthly statements, issuing invoices, processing purchase orders, and handling cash sales.
- Event Representation: Representing the Garmin Malta Team at Garmin-sponsored events and enhancing our brand's presence.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Familiarity with and interest in Garmin fitness watches and comparable fitness technology products are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
