Press and hold the button on your vívofit until you see SYNC on the device screen, then release the button. Stay near your computer or phone while syncing.
Syncing transfers information between your device and your computer or phone. Most people will sync at least once a day. You can sync with only one device at a time (either your phone or your computer). So, if you don’t see a sync confirmation on your computer, your device may have synced with your phone (and vice versa).
If you already had the Garmin Connect website open on your computer, reload the page to see your new information.
